How the council works

An advisory body, consulted collectively

Our governing bodies are the General Assembly and the Committee, described on our Governance page. Members are listed once they are appointed and have consented.

The Caspian Week (opens the Caspian Week site in a new tab) site records all speakers at our forum; speaking there does not make someone a Council member.
